Rules
Terms and Conditions of Using the Govars Platform
Using the Govars platform means accepting a transparent, fair structure based on freedom of expression and mutual respect. Whether you are a website or blog owner wishing to share your content publicly, or a user who has come to read, analyze, and interact, entering Govars means abiding by principles designed to preserve content authenticity, free dialogue, and platform security.
Site owners can register and verify their blogs on Govars. Verification is done by adding a unique meta tag to the site’s header, and there is no need for SSR output, API, or a special panel; Govars uses scraping technology to read page structures. However, this means the site’s structure must be technically readable and organized for posts to be correctly identified and indexed.
After verification, the site’s posts are displayed on the platform, and some parts (such as title, category, and hashtags) can be edited on Govars for a better user experience and proper categorization. However, the main post content, featured image, and website content remain as originally on the source site without changes. Site owners can disable public display of any post, but deleting or editing the main post content via Govars is not possible.
In the discussion space, users can freely express their opinions. No comment requires approval for publication, and even the site owner cannot delete published comments. Only comments containing illegal, offensive, hateful, or spam content may be removed after review by the monitoring team. This system is designed to not only accept healthy criticism but value it.
Each site’s profile on Govars includes general information, recent posts, and the site’s products. Only products genuinely present on the same domain are allowed to be displayed. The platform prevents introducing or selling services from unrelated sites in this section.
Govars is a platform where true freedom of expression exists alongside respect. This is not a place for deletion, but for listening and being heard. We believe that diverse voices, when expressed respectfully, are part of growth and diversity of dialogue.
No personal data is stored or transferred without user consent. In case of violations, including identity forgery, false reporting, or malicious behavior, the offending user’s access may be restricted or blocked.
All rules may be updated over time to remain in line with legal, technical, or social requirements. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of these changes. Users and publishers can contact support if needed.
By using the Govars platform, you accept these terms and conditions.
